Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

All registered guests who stay between Memorial Day and Labor Day, plus September 7th and 8th, 2018, receive free wristbands to Noah’s Ark Waterpark at check-in. Wristbands are valid for every day of your stay PLUS the day of check-out!

All registered guests will have wristbands placed on their wrists by our front desk staff. You are able to arrive after 10:00 a.m. the day of your check-in to pre-register, pick up your wristbands, and head over to the park for water fun, prior to your room being ready.

Check in time is guaranteed after 3:00 p.m. Our office is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. during the summer season. If you are planning on arriving after 10:00 p.m. you must call us at 608-254-8054 so we can make arrangements for you.

Check out time is 10:30 a.m.

In order to confirm your reservation, we will charge your credit/debit card the first night’s total including tax once the reservation is made. Reservations are not confirmed until your card has been charged and you have received a confirmation email from us. Declined or invalid cards will result in cancellation of the reservation. We do not “hold” reservations without the deposit.

For our Superior Rooms and Queen Guest Rooms, from the time you make your reservation up to 3 days prior to your arrival day by 12 (noon), we will refund your deposit back less a $20 service fee. If you have to cancel within the 3 days of your arrival day, you will lose the deposit.

For our Deluxe Studio Suites and 2 Bedroom Family Suites, from the time you make your reservation up to 5 days prior to your arrival day by 12 (noon), we will refund your deposit back less a $20 service fee. If you have to cancel within the 5 days of your arrival day, you will lose the deposit.

No refund will be made for unused portion once any segment is used.

Each room has a microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, flat-screen tv, telephone, and free Wi-Fi! The 2 Bedroom Family Suites have 2 flat-screen tvs. Each room also has air-conditioning and heating, as well as a bathroom. Some 2 Bedroom Family Suites have 2 bathrooms – please, read room descriptions.

All our rooms are non-smoking. A $200 fee will be assessed to guests who smoke in the room.

We are sorry, but we do not allow any pets on property. We recommend:

On site we have Hot Dog Avenue. They are open for lunch and dinner.

We do not offer breakfast, however we do have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. For breakfast we recommend BJ’s or Mr. Pancake. Both are within walking distance.

We do provide charcoal BBQ grills for our guests. Guests need to provide their own charcoal. We also have picnic tables for your use.

We have a pay-per-use washer and dryer available for our guests.

Housekeeping services are provided daily beginning at 9:30 a.m. Daily service provided includes making beds, replacing soiled towels, removing trash, vacuuming, and replacing soaps, shampoos, and cups. If you are staying with us longer than 4 days, housekeeping will do a complete sheet change every 3rd day.

We do provide complimentary Wi-Fi.

All pools are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
