• All credit card deposits are charged the day reservation is made.  All other deposit types are due 7 days after the reservation is made.

• Early check-outs are subject to same 72 hour cancellation policy
• A $10.00 handling charge will be deducted from ALL deposits prior to refund or charged credit card for all cancellations
• Full payment of is balance due at check-in.

• Family Suites - 5 Days prior to arrival date to receive refund less handling charge

• All Others - 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive refund less handling charge

• No refund will be made for unused portion once any segment is used
